The app is simple to use; the user simply enters the first few letters of the desired word, and then selects one from a generated list. The word is accompanied by a translation into one of nine languages, along with a picture to point at to ensure understanding.
Point Don't Shout also helps users learn and memorize their new language with Learn and Quiz modes to practice vocabulary. Point Don't Shout is constantly updated with new words and phrases, currently holding over 750 terms.
